What is Workspace Automation Tools?
A suite of four Google Apps Script tools running natively inside Google Workspace, with a unified dark-theme sidebar UI. Built for event organizers, conference managers, and marketing professionals who run high-volume email outreach but don't want to pay for Mailchimp / SendGrid / Lemlist.
The toolkit started as internal automation for ClosedChats AI's own outreach and has been hardened for general use — duplicate detection, quota guards, stop buttons, salutation/name extraction, custom column merging, RSVP tracking from replies, bounce extraction (inbox or trash), 2-stage follow-up campaigns with execution-time guards, and multi-sheet contact search with size-guarded remote indexing.
It runs entirely on Google's infrastructure (free quota), is fully scriptable, and never sends data outside your Workspace.
